As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting incredible talent with exciting opportunities. You’ll partner with hiring teams to build efficient, human-centered hiring processes that support our growth and values. Your responsibilities will include: Understand and align with staffing needs and hiring plans Create and manage job postings across platforms Source candidates through various channels (databases, referrals, events) Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Facilitate evaluations, testing, and feedback collection Support offer preparation, negotiation, and acceptance Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination Track and report on recruitment metrics and process improvements Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand Implement and utilize recruitment tools and technologies Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts Train or guide hiring managers on interview best practices Perform other associated tasks, as assigned 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting English proficiency B2+ Strong understanding of sourcing methods, including databases, referrals, events, and social media Knowledgeable in pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination Capable of tracking recruitment metrics and implementing process improvements Experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Work’s a treat!
