Your role will be instrumental to helping HR to run like a business and making sure that we are getting the best value from our vendors. Specifically, this role will be responsible for the portfolio of vendors that U.S. Bank leverages for Employee Benefits. You'll partner with our Risk Consultants make sure that we are managing vendor risk appropriately and will support our HR leaders in completing risk processes. You will get the chance to work with procurement to help HR to select the right vendors for the work needed and to make sure that our vendors are delivering what they agreed to in their contracts. You will help your internal clients to become better vendor managers and to decide how to leverage vendor relationships effectively to accomplish HR’s goals and objectives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience One to two years of experience in procurement contract administration activities Preferred Skills/Experience - Contract management or procurement experience - Understanding of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) - Attention to detail - Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities at once - Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence - Familiarity with employee benefits administration and plan design - Effective verbal and written communication skills **Benefits**:Take care of yourself and your family with U.S. Bank employee benefits. Pay Range: $64,770.00 - $76,200.00 - $83,820.00
