Send your CV or resume today. **Requirements**: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - 4+ years working experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role - Advanced knowledge in Excel such as pivot table, vlookup, sumifs, ifs, countifs, conditional formatting, and data tables - Able to collect, consolidate, and present data for reporting purposes - Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm - Can understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions - Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity - Keen to details - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Must be motivated and a self-starter, positive attitude, resourceful, and dependable - Confidentiality: Must be able to safeguard sensitive information - Nice-to-have:_ - Experience working for foreign executives is required.
