Job Description About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with at least five years of experience in software product development to lead the planning and execution of our product roadmap. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify valuable features and improvements, define and prioritize the product backlog , and ensure high-quality execution of user stories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment , has a strong understanding of product ownership , and is skilled at balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility . You will play a pivotal role in defining and refining user stories, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria , ensuring that every feature aligns with business objectives and delivers a seamless user experience. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to identify feature enhancements, product improvements, and business requirements. Define and own the product backlog , ensuring it aligns with the product vision and business objectives. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Groom and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring work is effectively planned and aligned with business goals. Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features. Accept completed user stories , validating that they meet the defined acceptance criteria and provide value to users. Continuously refine the product strategy based on user feedback, business needs, and market trends . Ensure transparent communication across teams regarding product decisions, priorities, and upcoming releases. Monitor product performance and leverage data-driven insights to iterate and improve features. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role. Strong experience with agile methodologies , backlog management, and user story creation. Proven ability to prioritize work effectively , balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. Ability to gather and analyze user feedback to drive iterative improvements. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , ensuring alignment across teams. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog management platforms . Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or cloud-based applications . Familiarity with data analytics and user behavior tracking tools . Background in UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers. Technical acumen to understand and discuss API integrations, development constraints, and software architecture .
