As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll be part of the AmericasBenefits COE, focusing on deploying the benefit strategy for LatinAmerica and Canada. The Benefits COE is responsible for ensuringbenefits align to the following objectives: market competitiveness,financial sustainability, global approach with local relevance,fostering employee engagement, effective communication, andalignment with the business strategy. You will focus on developingand administering benefit programs and ensuring marketcompetitiveness, working closely with the Americas Benefits COEleader, Benefit Operations, Payroll, AskHR, other COEs, and variousexternal vendors. This position will report to the Sr. BenefitsDirector, Americas, and will work closely with variousstakeholders, including Americas Total Rewards team members,Benefits Operations, Payroll, Finance, local stakeholders, and the Americas Benefits COE team. We are looking for candidates from Dominican Republic, Mexico and Colombia and it offers a remote workarrangement. Responsibilities may include the following and otherduties may be assigned: 1. Develop and/or administer employeebenefits programs, including evaluation and implementation of newprograms 2. Evaluate current programs through research, surveys,and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive 3. Provide input and oversee communications of benefits to employees4. Ensure internal and external compliance with laws and companypolicies 5. Provide interactive support with payroll to ensureproper payment, funding, and taxation of employee benefit programs6. Analyse claims history to develop preventative programs designedto lower overall health insurance costs Required Knowledge and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevantexperience in Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll, orfinance, OR an advanced degree with experience in benefits at amajor multinational company or top-tier benefit consulting firm 2. Fluent in English and Spanish 3. Proficient in Workday, Excel,Word, Power Point and Outlook 4. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively engage withemployees at all levels and external vendors 5. Fluency in Frenchand previous experience in working with external vendors are niceto have.
