Business Transformation Specialist Role The Business Transformation Specialist will report to the Strategy Manager and be responsible for: - Collaborating with functional and market teams to identify business problems or opportunities, eliminating ambiguity and defining business requirements. - Transferring knowledge of processes to the RPA Development team. - Validating change requests. - Gathering test data and test cases. - Creating detailed process descriptions and walk-throughs for artifact development. - Quantifying benefits post-RPA deployment in conjunction with Business Intelligence teams. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date process documentation. About the Ideal Candidate We seek a professional with a background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields, holding a Lean Six Sigma green belt certificate and 5 years of experience working with functional/market teams. A successful candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of RPA software capabilities, programming languages (HTML, JavaScript), and database management systems (SQL or NoSQL).
