Below are the challenges our next team member will face and the requirements we seek: Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: LATAM Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our remote LATAM team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong technical background and a passion for leading cross-functional teams to build impactful products. The candidate should have a deep understanding of product development, go-to-market strategies, and pricing models, along with exceptional communication skills. If you're excited to shape product vision, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to align objectives, enhance collaboration, and deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning business objectives with customer needs and market trends. 2. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to ensure clear communication and priority management from a product vision standpoint. 3. Develop, articulate, and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, epics, and product backlog items. 5. Drive product growth and adoption through effective planning and execution. 6. Partner closely with the CPO to establish and follow robust product development processes and best practices. 7. Ensure quality assurance practices are integrated into Agile workflows, driving high-quality product releases. 8. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates. 9. Champion collaboration across departments, fostering innovation and alignment in cross-functional teams. 10. Oversee the end-to-end product experience, including product management and design. 11. Develop product strategies to achieve both short-term milestones and long-term goals. Required Skills & Experience 1. 5+ years of experience in Product Development or Product Management. 2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks (PMP, SAFe, etc.). 3. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful software products. 4. Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar. 5. Technical background or familiarity with software development processes. 6. Strong knowledge and experience in developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans. 7. Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing product management teams. 8. Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, PMP, or SAFe are highly desirable. 9. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 10. Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. Soft Skills 1.
