At Revolut, they are our backbone, especially as we expand globally. We are looking for a Head of Treasury to oversee liquidity, market, credit, and capital risk management for Revolut's expansion into Colombia. What you’ll be doing Establishing the treasury function for Revolut Colombia Building and leading a local treasury team under global oversight Defining policies for cash management, AR, and AP processes Ensuring compliance with group policies and strategic alignment with Group Treasury Developing local liquidity, capital, and IRRBB policies Engaging with risk committees to align risk appetite and exposures Adapting global investment and capital management strategies locally Participating in global FTP setup Establishing and managing the local Assets and Liabilities Committee Optimizing capital and liquidity deployment to meet risk and return objectives Supporting capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, regulators, and the board Collaborating with Risk Management, Accounting, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting teams to ensure compliance You will need to be able to: Set up a Currency Desk as an independent IMC within the bank Integrate local currency market operations into Revolut's global FX capabilities Ensure compliance with Central Bank regulations What you'll need Experience in building treasury processes and controls Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach The ability to understand and simplify complex financial concepts Expertise in treasury management within financial services Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or mathematics CFA Level III certification Nice to have Proficiency in SQL Knowledge of Colombian regulations such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAP At Revolut, we value diversity and inclusion.
