The primary challenge for the eCom Activation Associate is to lead their category's business with support from the Vice President, Sales, in achieving sales and advertising targets on Amazon. This role is crucial in managing daily Amazon content, advertising, and digital activation strategies. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of operational aspects from both analytical and technical perspectives. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB: Report to the Vice President of Sales with the goal of executing and launching Amazon Advertising tactics. Lead the implementation of the Amazon Advertising roadmap and meet sales goals for assigned categories in partnership with the sales team. Monitor product detail pages daily for content quality, SEO optimization, and overall health. Coordinate promotional activities with site merchandising and advertising strategies in collaboration with the Sales Analyst. Develop and manage targeted advertising campaigns using tools like Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, understanding KPI drivers. Differentiate between upper and lower funnel media strategies, including Sponsored Brands, Video Ads, Display Ads, and Retargeting. Collaborate with the Sales Analyst to produce and distribute real-time reports on business performance to senior management. Work with Creative and Marketing teams on product launches, landing pages, on-site campaigns, and homepage updates. Stay informed about site updates, product management, and new web features through research and participation in relevant forums and groups. Maintain internal documentation related to these topics. Ensure product details are current and approved by the marketing team. Conduct content testing and learning initiatives to identify and implement best-in-class content improvements. MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Business). Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Proficiency in English at a business level. Initiative and strong follow-through skills. Solid analytical abilities and keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and deadline orientation. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
