The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and a creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through marketing and video content efforts. You will be a key spokesperson for our firm's messaging, building our brand, identifying opportunities, engaging our target audiences, and directly driving client acquisition for our firm's legal services. Responsibilities: Develop video content and lead generation strategies Serve as our law firm's spokesperson on Youtube & LinkedIn Plan and attend marketing events to promote our legal services Develop knowledge of each practice area and benefits of services Communicate with qualified leads and collaborate on onboarding Identify new business and expansion opportunities to drive growth Develop, build, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers Work closely with attorneys to negotiate and close deals with clients Build a referral network of attorneys, accountants, and wealth advisors Actively network with startups, accelerators, universities, VC funds, & CCB Skills/Experience/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law, marketing, or similar field 2+ years law, marketing, or business development experience with proven successful results English fluency, preferably C1 including excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in video production basics (shooting with mobile devices, understanding lighting/audio) and basic video editing software/tools (e.g., CapCut, in-app editors, or willingness to quickly learn) Exceptional organizational, relationship building, and negotiation skills Experience working with startups and or C-suite executives Team player who is able to work independently with minimal oversight A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook and a can-do attitude Work on-site from our firm's office in Bogota Technology: The ideal candidate will have familiarity or be willing to learn the following tools: Adobe Premier Rush or CapCut Slack, Loom, and other software Gmail, Word, Google Docs and Calendar Youtube Studio and inkedIn Analytics Salary: Base salary and comissions based on closed deals If you are interested in this position, please respond with your resume and reasons of why you believe you'd be a good candidate for the position.
