About The Role As an Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing banking transactions, performing reconciliations, and monitoring financial products. In this position, you will ensure the accuracy of transactional records, facilitate the automation of processes, and oversee compliance with financial regulations. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. 3 to 5 years in the banking or fintech sector. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate English level. Experience with transactional and banking reconciliations. Knowledge in the creation and analysis of KPIs or financial product indicators. Knowledge of process automation. Experience with compensation in payment systems (ACH, Redeban, Credibanco). Preparation of regulatory reports and financial process control. What You Will Do Handle bank reconciliations and transactions through systems like PSE and correspondent banking. Report KPIs and analyze performance indicators to evaluate financial product performance. Implement and oversee automated processes to improve operational efficiency. Validate and compensate payments through systems like Credibanco, ACH, and Redeban. Prepare regulatory reports and control processes in line with current regulations.
