We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual (Spanish-English) Call Center Agent / Scheduler to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch phone support, assist with scheduling, and serve as a key communication bridge between patients and internal teams. What You’ll Do: - Patient Communication (Spanish & English): Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and language-appropriate support. - Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, optimizing provider calendars and filling gaps promptly. - Basic Insurance Support: Assist in collecting and verifying insurance details, escalating complex cases when needed. - Follow-Up & Reminders: Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, reschedule missed visits, and support recall campaigns. - Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately input client information into systems like Dentrix and CRM platforms. - Team Collaboration: Maintain open and timely communication with dental offices and internal departments. Who You Are: - Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). - Experienced in customer service and phone-based support. - Confident working independently in a remote environment during EST or MST business hours. - Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent follow-through. - Familiar with dental software (especially Dentrix) and comfortable navigating CRM tools (preferred). - Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
