Welcome to Teleperformance, where we celebrate you. **Your Footprint as a Global Event & PMO Manager Will Be** - to facilitate new business revenue growth and support retention and expansion of Teleperformance’s Services and Solutions client relationships using TP hosted (owned), industry, and partner events. The position is growth-minded and a collaborative team player who partners with Global and Regional Marketing teams, Business Intelligence, Knowledge Services, Business Development, and Account Management teams to plan, build, and activate the TP-hosted (owned), industry, and partner events. The position also supports the Global and Regional Growth Marketing Leaders and their respective team on event design, planning, and execution. Supports multiple concurrent event campaigns by developing and managing project plans to ensure all aspects of the campaign plan are executed per the agreed schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented team player interested in professional growth and challenges. This position requires the associate to produce multiple cost-effective internal. Still, for the most part, client-facing events effectively utilize the associated strategic messages in a unified manner to support our growth commitments. Qualifications: **What Will You Need to Succeed?** - College or University graduate and proven extensive direct experience. - 5+ years of marketing experience in comparable industries (particularly the Technology industry) - 5+ years of experience with public trade shows and significant company-sponsored events. - 5+ years of field marketing experience and B2B event management. - Management experience preferred (people and process) - Experience in working in a matrix environment is essential - Proven success with client-facing interactions to develop content and presentations; identifying key facets to highlight is critical. - Ability to work collaboratively with sales, account management, client services, and executives. - Ability to work in a matrixed and virtual organization - Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. - Extensive expertise in building and managing long-term relationships with business partners - both internally and externally. - A great influencer with strong analytical abilities. - Be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented - Energetic and productive under stressful deadlines. - Good communicator (both verbally and in writing), able to build strong working relationships - Knowledge of industry procedures related to trade shows and events, such as drayage, exhibit houses, show services, housing lists, union rules related to labor, I&D;, audio-visual, etc. - Knowledge of cross-cultural differences and ability to manage and adapt to changing environments. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent TP internally and externally with all levels of management. - Knowledge of strategic marketing, market segmentation, market planning and analysis, and customer knowledge. - Knowledge of conducting financial analysis and post-event reports. - Knowledge of critical assumption planning and contingency planning. - Expert communications skills, including productivity tools to ensure effective communications development, implementation, and follow-up. - Aptitude for marketing activities, knowledge of strategic and business planning, global markets, competitive knowledge, competitive risks, and landscape. - Competencies in fact-finding, planning, problem-solving, innovative thinking, and strategic thinking. - Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiating, teamwork, and team-building skills.
