As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and excellence of the games you support. This role involves leading and coordinating our Quality Assurance team, developing comprehensive test strategies, building relationships with senior members of development, production, and design teams, and driving stakeholder engagement and management. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing test planning using both manual and automated testing methods, prioritizing risk-based testing and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will identify areas of improvement across QA processes and workflows, proposing and implementing solutions to lead quality and efficiency. As a mentor for peers, you will assist with and grow their knowledge. You will promote a "Player First" approach always and be an advocate for the player in everything we do to help us achieve a high-quality experience for our players. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, supporting multiple platforms such as Mobile, PC, and Gaming Consoles. You must have 1+ year of experience in leadership, leading a QA team in a software development environment and influencing senior partners.
