This includes the execution, trafficking, optimization, budget pacing, conversion tracking and reporting for medium to high level accounts. **Responsibilities include**: **Implementation** - Operate and manage campaigns in paid search platforms such as Google Ads and SearchAds360. - Operate and manage campaigns in paid social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn. - Operate and manage campaigns in Ad serving and Programmatic platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager and Sizmek. - Set up paid campaigns to against a variety of objectives including brand awareness, consideration, and conversion phases. - Manage campaign targeting parameters and optimization delivery. - Manage campaign trafficking, uploads, and QA. - Experience and focus on Performances and Target Roas campaigns. **Optimization and Reporting** - Manage day-to-day optimizations of all live campaigns. - Test and analyze performance metrics, using internal search analytics and measurement tools to optimize performance and meet business objectives. - Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under or overspend. - Use Excel and other analytic tools to accomplish reporting delivery based on specified data set that can be delivered consistently at a specific time, or day - Analyze performance data to communicate campaign results, findings, and additional opportunities. **Job Requirements:** - 1 or more years in hands-on executional paid media marketing experience. - Experience on Performances and Target Roas campaigns (required). - Experience on how to use the editor for Google Ads and Facebook Ads (required). - In-platform experience on: Google Ads and Search Ads 360. - In-platform experience on: Meta Network, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok. - In-platform experience on: DV360, Campaign Manager and Sizmek. - In-platform experience on: Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. - Advance level English speaking and writing (required). - Agency experience is preferred. - Demonstrable ability to manage large budgets. - Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and other Office products. - Experience with technical issues, such as campaign tagging, QA, and troubleshooting. - Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through. - A team player who can handle stressful situations and deadlines.
