If you are ready to support a high-performing team that truly makes a difference, then come join us! Job Responsibilities Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP. Candidates must understand the significance of their role within a 24x7 mission essential TTO and be flexible with their schedule, which may include day shifts, swing shifts, and mid shifts, including weekends and holidays. Required Capabilities Experience using the Linux operating system, including command-line proficiency Basic troubleshooting skills Ability to follow SOPs and update documentation Desired Skills Scripting experience (Bash, Shell, Python) Experience with front-end collection systems, survey systems, DNR/DNI dataflow, FOP configuration Familiarity with Apache NiFi and commercial SATCOM technologies Basic knowledge of network protocols Qualifications Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or five years of relevant experience Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph Additional Details Pay Range: $84,000 - $135,000.
