Join Our Team as a Legal Intake Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group! Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist [English/Spanish - Bilingual] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the intake process, and a passion for helping others. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents professionally. Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs. Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining professionalism. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures. Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries. Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys. Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Navigate and update electronic systems efficiently while engaging clients on the phone. Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly. Document Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards. Organize and update client information for easy access by legal professionals. Use Excel and other tools to manage and track client data. Administrative Support: Assist legal professionals with administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate to ensure smooth case progression. Help prepare and organize legal documents. Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management software is a plus. Genuine desire to assist clients with a compassionate demeanor. Compensation and Schedule Pay ranges from $4 to $6 per hour, plus commissions. Schedule options: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Central Time.
