Job description. Huge islooking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Managementcraft. In this role, you will collaborate closely withcross-functional crafts to define the core product vision, goals,functionality, and requirements while establishing a shared set ofobjectives by building collective consensus on priorities leadingto product delivery and beyond. What you’ll be doing. - Define andmanage product roadmaps to realize business goals and strategies. -Collaborate with user experience experts, visual designers, andengineers to reach the best possible version of a feature to bringto market. - Create and maintain feature backlogs, and productdocumentation such as PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows,logic flows, and functional specifications. - Prioritizedevelopment activities with engineering teams, assist indetermining the best technical implementation methods, work closelywith QA on acceptance testing, and lead product launches. -Validate & identify strategic opportunities through research,data analysis, A/B testing, competitive research and other relevanttools. - Act as the voice of the user and key stakeholders duringday to day aspects of product development. - Help define and refineworking processes in order to maximize efficiency in constantlyevolving environments. - Mentor and manage team members. -Participate in a culture of learning and growing. What we’d like tosee. - Product expertise, including analyzing business problems,and working to prioritize and create engaging experiences. - Anatural understanding of technology and how to use it to achieveoutstanding products. - Experience with agile methodologies, and anunderstanding of roles + responsibilities in various developmentmethodologies. - User/Client/Colleague empathy. - The ability towork across multiple projects and balance competing priorities. -Clear communication skills and storytelling ability with theemotional intelligence to adjust your style based upon youraudience. - A systems thinker who is proactive rather than reactive - putting principles first. - Experience using measurableapproaches to introduce solutions. - Experience analyzing metricsand summarizing into relevant insights. - Cross-functionalcollaboration - willing to work across multiple crafts (Creative,Data & Analytics, Technology, Program, etc.). - Strongappreciation for design and user experience. - At least 5+ years ofexperience in Product Management.
