This role serves as the primary contact for customers with overdue accounts. Your mission is to enhance customer experience through effective communication, negotiate payment agreements, and maintain accurate records, all while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Your work is vital to our financial health and customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Manage and prioritize customer inquiries and complaints with urgency. - Communicate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve overdue accounts. - Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all interactions and agreements. - Coordinate with internal departments to foster a collaborative work environment. - Promote new technologies during customer interactions. - Ensure all collection activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable, or call center environments. - Strong analysis, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging, and high-pressure environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent writing skills. - High empathy, persistence, and integrity. - Basic proficiency in English.
