Position Overview He/She/They will report directly to the Maintenance Lead and work closely with department leaders to build maintenance strategies across the US, Middle East & Asia for successful robots functioning and operating. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the CEO, employees, and managers. Who We Are Looking For We are actively seeking a dynamic Junior Engineer (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic), coupled with strong managerial skills. Location Hybrid Responsibilities Provide remote technical assistance on mechanical and electronic issues. Supervise documentation of field repairs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Review & update maintenance reports. Manage inventory updates. Provide fleet status reports by campus in your area. Determine spare parts requirements. Determine tool requirements by campus. Ideal Candidate This job might be the right one for you if: You have a Valid US VISA and are legally eligible to work in Colombia. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering with Proficient English level (B2, C1) and a Professional Card. You are proficient in accurately measuring voltage and current using a multimeter. You have a strong understanding and proficiency in DC analysis of schematic circuits, including: Knowledge of active and passive discrete components and their operation. Proficiency in the operation of MOSFET transistors and diodes. Experience in designing and implementing Buck and Boost converters. Expertise in DC and brushless motor control techniques. You can correlate PCB layouts with schematic circuits. You understand digital signal multiplexer operation. You can read and comprehend electronic component datasheets, including pinouts and electrical block diagrams. You have basic knowledge of mechanical tools. You possess excellent communication skills to convey ideas effectively, articulate plans clearly, and understand problems. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving, acting quickly in response to field issues and prioritizing tasks based on urgency. You can interpret data and make informed decisions. You are responsible and can deliver reports and complete tasks timely. You might also have: Ability to analyze PWM signals. Proficiency in basic microcontroller programming. Knowledge of electrical characteristics.
