Known for rapid product turnover and aggressive growth strategies, this team thrives on data-backed decisions and flawless attribution. Scope of the Role You will be the go-to expert for implementing Northbeam as the brand’s new multi-touch attribution platform. You’ll integrate data across Shopify, BigQuery, and Google’s entire marketing stack to help the growth team make smarter, faster decisions daily. Duties and Responsibilities: Northbeam Deployment - Lead discovery, scoping, and phased rollout of Northbeam - Map and validate data streams (Shopify/BigQuery, marketing APIs, pixel events) - Build and QA multi-touch attribution models based on actual customer journeys Google Ecosystem Mastery - Configure GA4, Google Marketing Platform (Ads, CM360, SA360), and BigQuery - Implement UTM conventions and server-side tracking to mitigate post-iOS 17 signal loss Data Pipeline & Warehousing - Design ELT workflows using tools like Fivetran or Airbyte - Manage schemas, monitor data quality, and automate anomaly detection Reporting & Insight Generation - Build dashboards in Looker or Tableau showing cohort ROAS, MER, LTV - Perform SQL/Python/R-based analyses to inform budget and creative tests Cross-Functional Enablement - Train channel managers on reading outputs from Northbeam and GA4 - Collaborate with devs on tag governance and site speed - Present actionable insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Requirements: - 3+ years in eCommerce analytics or martech implementation - Proven success deploying Northbeam or similar attribution tools - Hands-on with GA4, Google Ads, BigQuery, Consent Mode - Fluent in SQL and familiar with Shopify’s data/events - Ability to explain complex data simply to drive action - Demonstrated track record of enhancing attribution and team efficiency Bonus Points: - Python/R scripting for automation and modeling - Experience in fast-moving fashion or beauty eCommerce environments - Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Amazon Ads - Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and server-side tracking best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
