Through acquisition, internal talent mobilization, and on-demand talent marketplaces, powered by market intelligence, this organization will ensure Johnson & Johnson’s talent readiness for any future.- As a member of the Talent Mobilization Enablement pillar, and dotted line reporting to the Regional Mobilization Lead NALA and Global Head of Immigration this person will: **You will be responsible for**: - Provide advice and support to key BUHR partners and business leaders to structure complex international assignments; make recommendations on critical assignment package components balancing business investment with employee experience needs. - Provide support and recommendations for exception management. - Liaise with Global Services to ensure the successful completion of employees HR record transfer. Manage other Talent Mobility related transactions such as laisse with Tax, Payroll, Onboarding etc. for a successful international transfer. - Provide proactive support to help managers navigate moving talent across the organization. - Ensure timely resolution of inquiries or concerns from employees, internal process partners (BUHR, TA, GS), People Leaders and external vendor partners. - Analyze data to recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiencies and effectiveness. - Attends adhoc meeting with regional relocation vendor to review cases/start dates. Provide guidance to relocation vendor on start date process/questions. - Provide guidance / coach regional supplier partners in responding to escalations and issue resolution. - Support key global Talent Mobility projects and deliverables as determined by Talent Access & Mobilization Leadership - LATAM Immigration Specialist- Roles and Responsibilities- Assist with the Immigration COE mailbox, triaging and responding to LATAM-related inquiries. - o Respond to inquiries, triage with local immigration supplier partners as appropriate, or escalate to Head of Immigration as needed.- Liaise with Immigration Provider’s regional lead to facilitate a streamlined, smooth process for stakeholders in the region. - Build relationships with LATAM stakeholders. - o Participate in meetings with TA and BUHR in primary LATAM markets.- o Assist with LATAM projects and initiatives upon request of the Head of Immigration that further develop the immigration function in LATAM.- Serve as immigration strategy and compliance lead in LATAM markets, relying on vendor legal expertise and advice as needed. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - A minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in HR, Shared Services, Customer Service and/or Mobility - Proficiency with all office technology (MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.) - Working knowledge of HR systems: SAP, Salesforce, WorkDay, Taleo
