Responsibilities: Discovery and Planning Phase: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and user expectations. Promote a lean approach, emphasizing hypothesis testing, frequent releases, and user feedback integration. Secure client buy-in through documentation, user flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups. Evaluate and recommend best-in-class solutions, understanding their advantages and disadvantages. Update functional specifications based on team feedback and contributions. Development Phase: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on budget, ROI, and market fit. Monitor project budgets, identify overspending, and suggest scope or scope adjustments. Ensure development aligns with specifications and assist testing with test cases. Manage the software development lifecycle, ensuring effective sprint planning and execution. Job Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience as a frontend engineer or UX designer is essential. Relevant qualifications (e.g., computer science, IT, business).
