About the Position: Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive the UX design process, from concept to execution, across various platforms. 2. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers/engineers, system administrators, operations/service teams, and commercial teams to create seamless designs that improve patient and provider experiences. 3. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with patients and medical staff to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors. 4. Translate complex healthcare experiences into simple interfaces that increase patient engagement and reduce administrative tasks for healthcare providers. 5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and development teams. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in healthcare or related fields. - Proven track record of designing products that solve complex problems and drive measurable improvements. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design. - Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
