You’ll support customer service procedures, guiding external and internal customers, answering product-related questions. This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, operating in a hybrid model. Responsibilities may include the following, and other duties may be assigned: Represent the company to external and internal customers, answer product-related questions, trace lost shipments, interpret and clarify customer orders for the shipping department, take orders or registrations, and, when necessary, connect customers to appropriate support or field staff. Manage web-based ordering or registrations, confer with management regarding customer credits, return goods for credit, identify quality assurance complaints, and write price differentials on mail orders. Approve allocation of stock in short supply, manage special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances, deductions, and adjustments. Manage inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting, replenishment, and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels. Required Knowledge and Experience: High school degree Experience with Microsoft Office One year of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service, or payable accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus Strong customer service skills Strong communication skills Previous Medtronic experience and intermediate English level are advantageous Physical Job Requirements The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position but are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required.
