Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL - Able to write shell scripts and SQL queries - Strong knowledge of Service Management - Strong knowledge of ticketing tool and knowledge management system - Working knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, Oracle, QlikView, AWS/Azure, and Postgres required - Experience working with telecom software such as any of the following: fraud management, revenue assurance, network asset management, billing, partner settlement or route optimization - Excellent communication skills, especially customer focused required - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience - 5-10 years experience About Us Subex is a pioneer in enabling Digital Trust for businesses across the globe.
