BA Global Talent is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth within the creative and tech industries. You’ll be a key player in spotting opportunities, initiating conversations, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and technology partners. This position blends the proactive lead-hunting of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with the strategic deal-closing skills of a seasoned Sales Executive. If you understand how to connect creativity with commercial results, you’ll feel right at home here. Experience in design, or a strong grasp of design-led solutions, will give you an edge.
Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and approach potential clients in creative, design, and technology sectors. Relationship Development: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with decision-makers and key influencers. Strategic Sales Planning: Work with leadership to refine target market approaches, positioning, and messaging. Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from first contact to closing, keeping the CRM accurate and up to date. Pitching & Presentations: Create tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations that address client needs. Market Awareness: Keep an eye on trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities. Team Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client goals. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in business development, SDR, or sales within creative and/or tech industries. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Solid understanding of creative processes, design thinking, and/or tech-driven solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools. Able to adapt to confidently engage with creative directors and CTOs alike. Nice to have: Background in design (agency, studio, or corporate) or a design-related qualification. Established network within creative agencies, tech firms, or design-led companies.
