Operating in 11 countries, the Miami-based global company currently serves 50 clients and 6 million monthly active users. **Our Vision** Create the foundation of the Digital Economy to enable the best and most secure everyday life experience. **Our Mission** To create the next generation Payment Ecosystem to simplify people’s lives **What we are looking for** The Human Resource (HR) Contractor will focus in the **full life cycle recruiting process** but will assist and suppport **all HR-related issues**, ensuring that these adhere to the organization's policies and objectives. - Must be a team player, driven and energetic - Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks - Excellent communication skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently **Required Skills**: - Languages: Spanish: Fluent - English: Intermediate - Required**:Advanced** knowledge of **Excel** **Responsibilities**: HR Contractor responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Full life cycle recruiting. - Acting as a consultant and SME in hiring processes, HR related matters, compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, immigration, etc. - Prepare new hire paperwork according to each location. - Send to the Corp IT Visa team new hire data for Visa computer assignment. - Manage medical exams for new hires in Colombia. - Assist with the onboarding process in each country, requesting new employee's data to create them in systems. - Coordinate with the IT Support team YP laptop preparation for new hires. - Update information in the spreadsheet inventory and in the HR systems. - Create new hire Onboarding meetings (HR, manager welcome session, and other onboarding sessions) - Create employment agreements for new hires and upload them into DocuSign. (Coordinate signatures from parties). - Create the employee profile in the HR Systems and grant access to other YellowPepper systems. - Assign and review the completion of the Onboarding tasks in the YP HR systems. - Assist with posting and updating open/closed/filled positions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Support the payroll and headcount reports for finance. - Have meetings with the finance team to consolidate and review data. - Coordinate health and safety initiatives in Colombia and Ecuador. - Lead relation and monthly meetings with each vendor. - Support audit process in each country. - Support the RTO plan in Colombia. - Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures in Colombia. - Review and validate the accuracy of excel spreadsheets. - Download databases from HR systems. - Support and upload communications to internal platforms. **Qualifications and Education Requirements**: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required. - At least three years of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred. - Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity. - Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization, and problem-solving skills. - Keen eye towards metrics and data, both to self-manage and to facilitate empirical, data-driven conversations. - A great team player - it takes a village! - Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills. - The ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast, evolving environments. **Preferred Qualifications** - Understanding of, or experience in, the payment industry. Experience preparing and delivering executive level/ready presentations. - 2+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree.
