At Hatch, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field surveys and gather data for use in project planning and execution. - Support project managers with cost estimates and project planning, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. - Develop design criteria and engineering deliverables, including calculations, technical specifications, and construction drawings. - Review diagrams and drawings to ensure compliance with engineering designs and industry standards. - Perform calculations, build mathematical models, and analyze results to inform project decisions. Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 8 years' experience in electrical engineering, with a strong focus on project delivery and collaboration. - Proficient in ETAP for electrical calculations, including short circuit, load flow, protection coordination, arc flash, and grounding grid. - Strong knowledge of technical specifications for large motor/generator assemblies, including high-voltage switchgear, transformers, starters, and associated electrical protection systems. - Experience with lighting design software, particularly Dialux. - Advanced knowledge of NTC 2050, RETIE, RETILAP, and international standards such as NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 70E, IEEE, and ANSI. - Advanced English language proficiency.
