We are looking for a Systems Architect specialized in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support the deployment of Workday HR and Finance systems, focusing on its integration with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). The role includes configuring IAM components, enhancing functionalities, and ensuring secure, seamless access across platforms, while collaborating with technical teams and maintaining detailed documentation. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and validate the Workday connector in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c, integrating with systems like Oracle Access Manager, Unified Directory, and HTTP Server. Set up and test OIM 12c components (WebLogic, IT Resources, Scheduled Tasks, Reconciliation, Provisioning, and Connector Servers on Windows/Linux). Design and execute SIT/UAT testing procedures; automation preferred. Manage administrative roles and SOA composites. Document trusted reconciliations, roles, rules, entitlements, provisioning, and calculated attributes. Validate attribute processing across all target systems. Create or adjust BI Publisher reports. Perform governance tasks manually when needed across OIM, Workday, PeopleSoft, and LDAP. Configure Oracle IAM components for API-based use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA, Applications) for issue resolution. Troubleshoot integration issues related to OS, load balancers, firewalls, and servers. Requisitos Qualifications and Job Requirements Proven experience with Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite, including OIG and OAM 12cPS4. Expertise in Oracle Access Manager: SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and custom plugins. Strong knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager: provisioning, connectors, and reconciliation. Experience with Oracle Unified Directory and Oracle Internet Directory. Proficiency in configuring and tuning WebLogic for optimal performance. Java development skills for OIM components (event handlers, schedulers, Graph API). Hands-on experience with custom SOA workflows for provisioning and approvals. Ability to create and modify BI Publisher reports. Skilled in debugging complex integrations involving OS, firewalls, load balancers, and application servers. Familiarity with managing high-availability IAM environments.
