If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) Responsibilities - Operate and support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS (EC2, S3, networking, security). - Support deployments across staging and production environments. - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab . - Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform . - Configure and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes . - Support customer-facing EHR integrations , including VPN setup, SFTP configuration (AWS Transfer Family), and Mirth-to-IRIS migrations (training provided). - Participate in incident detection, diagnosis, resolution, and post-mortem processes. - Monitor systems and respond to alerts using observability tools like New Relic and Wavefront. - Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and DevOps teams. - Participate in on-call rotation with a global team. - Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA and GDPR regulations. Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure roles . - Experience with AWS infrastructure and related services. - Strong understanding of VPN tunneling, SFTP configuration, and networking . - Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitLab pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes . - Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash and Python. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams. - Proactive with a sense of ownership and accountability. - Comfortable with incident response and alerting systems. - Willing to collaborate with customer IT contacts for EHR tasks. - Ability to operate autonomously and mentor others. - Work a Panama schedule with 8-hour shifts and participate in on-call duties 2–3 days weekly, including every other weekend.
