Job Title: Growth Marketing Strategist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our web application. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies focused on driving trial sign-ups and converting those trials into paid accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement End-to-End Growth Strategies: Create and execute plans to drive user acquisition and retention, with a focus on increasing paid user conversions. - Drive Trial Sign-Ups and Activation: Develop strategies to activate users and encourage them to utilize credits. - Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms. - Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility. - Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage engaging content across multiple marketing channels. - Community Building and Awareness: Participate in relevant online communities to build awareness and drive user acquisition. - Data Analysis and Performance Tracking: Analyze data, track performance, and generate reports to identify areas for optimization and measure the success of growth initiatives. - Innovation and Experimentation: Experiment with new and innovative growth marketing tactics to maximize ROI. - Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth efforts with product development and overall business objectives. Requirements: - Experience: 3+ years of experience working at a B2B SaaS company. - Conversion Focus: Demonstrable experience in driving not just trial users, but also converting those users into paid accounts. - Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn. - Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Paid Advertising Experience: Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). - Language Fluency: Fluent English. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results. - Entrepreneurial Approach: A proactive and entrepreneurial approach with a passion for growth and continuous learning.
