English - Native or fully fluent. Responsibilities and more: Creative and technically skilled Web Designer-Developer to lead the design and development of our digital presence. This role combines visual design, frontend/backend development, and infrastructure management to deliver a fast, secure, and brand-aligned web experience. As the person responsible for our web presence and digital branding, you will play a key role in how we showcase ourselves online, from campaign landing pages to detailed design system elements. Responsibilities: Design and implement brand-aligned web pages, landing pages, and content structures. Own and evolve the visual styling of the website, ensuring brand consistency across all pages. Manage form integrations for customer recruitment and engagement (e.g., WPForms, Gravity Forms). Maintain plugin stability, site speed, and backend performance in WordPress. Handle security, backups, and technical troubleshooting with minimal downtime. Support the marketing team with visual elements for campaigns, emails, and social media posts. Optimize for mobile devices, accessibility (ADA compliance), and SEO. Contribute to the development of a clear, consistent, and professional digital brand identity. Requirements Proficient in WordPress development, including theme and plugin management. Knowledge of PHP backend and webhooks/forms integration. Good design sense with experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with SEO, analytics tagging, and accessibility standards.
