**About Us** **CR8LA** and **Staging with Sophia** are two dynamic, creative brands focused on empowering clients through design, storytelling, and excellence in service. From creative consulting to staging stunning spaces, we believe in intentional work, uplifting environments, and meaningful impact. We’re looking for a **Creative Operations** to support our team, CEO, and clients with strong administrative skills, trend awareness, and creative insight. **Responsibilities** - Create and organize proposals, presentations, and documents - Schedule meetings, shoots, team calls, and key events - Provide executive assistance to the CEO (calendar, communications, prep work) - Support project management for internal and client-facing initiatives - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, design, and creative tools - Work closely with the CEO and team to help develop strategies and improve systems - Contribute to branding, marketing, and content planning where needed - Track follow-ups and ensure task completion across departments **Qualifications** - 2+ years in an administrative, creative, or operations role (or similar) - Strong organizational and communication skills - Tech-savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Trello or ClickUp, etc. - Social media and design trend awareness (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) - Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-loving - Bonus if you have a background in creative industries, real estate, or staging - Excellent English (written and verbally) Expected Start Date: 21/05/2025
