About the Role Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving business growth through innovative product management? We're seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Intelligence team in Latin America and the Caribbean region. In this leadership position, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering revenue-generating product packages that address client needs and support regional priorities. Main Responsibilities: - Lead the development and continuous improvement of product packages to meet recurring client needs and drive business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies for priority products across various distribution channels. - Foster engagement and usage of Business Intelligence platforms among internal and external stakeholders. - Communicate key capabilities and value propositions to both internal and external audiences. - Identify opportunities for process improvements across sales and delivery lifecycles and develop initiatives to enhance customer experiences. About You To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Skills and Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in management consulting or digital product management, preferably in financial services or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development roles will be highly valued. - Proven problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with global stakeholders. - Proficiency in Profit and Loss statement (P&L;) analysis and management. - Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.
