We help online brands grow through innovative marketing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and expert campaign execution. We’re seeking a sharp, reliable, and data-driven Weekend Social Media Ad Buyer to oversee paid campaigns during the weekend. This part-time position involves monitoring ad performance, adjusting spend and creative as needed, and providing performance insights via regular check-ins. The expected workload is 10-16 hours a week with potential for more work in the future. This is a fully remote position The ideal candidate is comfortable with fast-paced decision-making, platform troubleshooting, and keeping performance stable while the full team is offline. Responsibilities: - Monitor live campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) to ensure optimal delivery. - Conduct 4 check-ins per day (morning, midday, afternoon, and evening) to: - Review KPIs and performance metrics. - Flag or pause underperforming ads. - Increase budgets or scale winning creatives (within pre-approved guidelines). - Implement minor ad adjustments (budgets, targeting, creative swaps) as needed. - Report anomalies, technical issues, or breakdowns immediately to the team. - Submit an end-of-day recap with key performance updates and actions taken. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience managing paid social ad campaigns (especially Meta + TikTok). - Proven track record in performance marketing and budget optimization. - Strong analytical skills; ability to make fast, informed decisions. - Reliable availability on Saturday and Sunday with 4 flexible check-ins per day. - Experience with ad dashboards, performance reports, and creative testing. - Fluency in English, excellent written and speaking
