Early Years and Primary Coordinator Lead the academic, coexistence, and disciplinary processes of Early Years and Primary in alignment with the curriculum, IB guidelines, and the internal policies of the school. Ensure a balanced learning environment, prioritizing student well-being and holistic development. Requirements: Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or related fields. Master’s degree in Education or Executive Leadership in Educational Institutions. Languages : C1 English level. Experience: At least 7 years of experience in the education field, with approximately 4 years in coordination or leadership roles within schools (interdisciplinary teams). Competencies: Effective communication and leadership skills, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
