Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease. As the BI Analyst, you’ll have the chance to drive the development of complex financial reporting to support the CALA controller and CALA Commercial Strategy Manager. The position will develop and implement reporting that combines sales data, financial parameters (OCGS, Opex), inventory information and other business parameters. **What You’ll Do** - Develop complex Sales and P&L; reporting. Constantly update the reporting structure to meet the continuously changing needs. Ensure adherence to Abbott reporting standards. - Develop extensive inventory reporting to support DOH management and consignment management. - Collaborate with Country FP&A; leads to develop, implement, and roll out complex inventory reporting that supports the daily inventory monitoring activities. - Develop reporting to support CALA-wide quota setting. Ensure adherence to the updated quota setting process. Ensure reporting is set up to provide accurate and timely information to support the quarterly variable compensation calculation. Closely work together with the Sales Compensation Manager to align reporting with the latest variable compensation schemes. - Develop reporting to support strategic initiatives. Examples of strategic initiatives are (but not limited to): investment analysis, productivity assessment, pricing analysis and other strategic analysis. - Support the development of market models. Capture input from the countries and design attractive visuals to foster detailed analysis of the market, by country and by product. - The incumbent uses Power BI and other tools/software programs to visualize data and provide broad access to the reports. The incumbent periodically provides training to the users ( > 80 users) and takes full control over the periodic access reviews. - Incumbent must have a deep understanding of the Structural Heart business and its strategic direction. - Reporting needs may be vaguely defined in the form of a problem (example: scrap is high); incumbent must be capable to independently explore data-sources and run analytics that provides insights (including the identification of leading / lagging indicators) that drive the profitability of SH CALA. **Required Qualifications** Bachelor's degree Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications** Min 3-5 years of experience in the field PROFICIENT: Power BI programing skills, Advanced Excel PREFERRED: Business Objects development, Database development, Project Management and Presentation skills (PowerPoint Advanced) Strong Analytical Skills, Attention to detail, Self-Initiative, able to navigate through ambiguity Strong ability to navigate within a matrix structure Capacity to interact within a multicultural and multilanguage structure.
