We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedCross-Discipline Director to lead the strategy and execution ofintegrated digital marketing campaigns, encompassing both SocialMedia and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). This role requires a deepunderstanding of both disciplines, with the ability to develop andimplement holistic strategies that maximize ROI and achieve ourclients' business objectives. The Cross-Discipline Director will beresponsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns, fromplanning and budgeting to execution and performance analysis,working closely with internal teams and creative agencies. Responsibilities 1. Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop and implementintegrated digital marketing strategies that encompass Social Mediaand SEM, ensuring synergy between both platforms to maximize impactand efficiency. 2. Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive anddetailed marketing plans, including objectives, KPIs, targetingstrategies, timelines, and budget allocation. 3. Budget Management:Manage and optimize the budget allocated to campaigns, ensuringcost-effectiveness and return on investment. 4. CampaignManagement: Oversee the execution of campaigns across Social Mediaand SEM, including setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.5. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign results, generateperformance reports, and present recommendations for continuousoptimization. 6. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primarypoint of contact for the client, presenting strategies, results,and recommendations. 7. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a teamof Social Media and SEM specialists, fostering a collaborative andhigh-performing environment. 8. End-to-End Service: Manage the fullcampaign lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery andperformance analysis. 9. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of thelatest trends and best practices in Social Media and SEM, adaptingstrategies to ensure competitiveness. Requirements 1. 12 – 15 yearsof experience in digital marketing campaign planning and strategy,with a focus on Social Media and SEM. 2. Proven experience inbudget management and campaign execution across both disciplines.3. Strong understanding of Social Media platforms (Facebook,Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and Search Engine Marketingplatforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). 4. Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and presentationskills. 6. Ability to work collaboratively and leadcross-functional teams. 7. Experience in client relationshipmanagement. 8. Google Ads and Social Media platform certificationsare a plus. Note: Due to the nature of the position in Remote orHybrid Work Mode, the work must be conducted within ColombianTerritory.
