Job Purpose : Drive intelligent automation of processes within the organization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer centricity, supporting business growth. Key responsibilities : Identify and implement automation opportunities across all organizational pillars, especially Customer Care processes (FIM, Capital Equipment, Customer Excellence, Order Management, MDM, Quotes & Tenders). Build a strong pipeline of automation projects globally and drive their implementation. Participate in discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify process requirements and automation solutions. Support process standardization and improvements through automation across countries. Document the value created by automation and ensure transparency of improvements. Stay updated on new developments in automation. Manage automation/code repositories. Refactor existing automations to adapt to system changes. Candidate Profile University degree in engineering or business. 4+ years of experience in process automation. Skills in scripting languages and technologies (Python, C#, VBA), with familiarity with Git, Docker, APIs, SQL & NoSQL databases. Knowledge of SAP/S4Hana is preferred. Experience with Automation Anywhere, Power Automate. Knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement methodologies, preferably SCRUM. Customer-focused with the ability to gather customer insights.
