This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong business acumen to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational growth. Key responsibilities * Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex BI solutions and dashboards. * Architect and optimize data pipelines using modern tools like DBT. * Develop and maintain sophisticated SQL queries and stored procedures for complex business requirements. * Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analytical processes. * Implement and support advanced analytics tools (Retool, BIHelper, etc.) * Conduct advanced data analysis using Python/R for predictive modeling and statistical analysis. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics. * Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple data sources and systems. * Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance. * Establish best practices for data governance and quality assurance. * Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Required qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred. * 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field. * Advanced proficiency in SQL with experience in query optimization and performance tuning. * Expert-level experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) * Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) * Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) * Experience with modern data stack tools (DBT, Airflow, etc.) * Proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects. * Strong project management and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
