You’ll be responsible for verifying the authenticity of identity documents submitted by credit applicants in real time. Through attention to detail, analytical thinking, and deep knowledge of document security, you’ll help prevent fraud before it happens. What you will do Analyze and validate identity documents to detect forgery and protect customer onboarding. Perform document verification in less than 90 seconds to ensure a fast and friendly customer experience. Classify documents as authentic or suspicious based on physical features, ideological content, handwriting, and signature patterns. Identify non-material fraud patterns and contribute to the development of early detection strategies. Stay up to date with official changes from the National Registrar’s Office and industry fraud trends. Support fraud prevention initiatives through high-quality execution and reporting. The outcomes we expect Maintain a fraud detection accuracy rate above 98%. Keep fraud rates below 2% of all cases handled. Ensure handling time under 2 minutes in 90% of verifications. Achieve a productivity level of at least 90% of the expected volume. Maintain attendance and workload compliance above 97%. What we’re looking for Must-haves 1–2 years of experience in identity document verification. Technical training or ongoing studies in documentology, criminology, dactyloscopy, or forensic graphology. Familiarity with Colombian ID security features. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Based in Bogotá.
