We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Contingent Workforce Specialist. This will be a fully remote position based in Colombia, and will be 3 -month contract role with intention to convert. This contract position is needed to support contingent workforce (ITV) lifecycle processes as part of our client’s People Compliance team. This role supports inquiries from across the globe and will partner closely with various teams in the People organization. Responsibilities: Leverage Beeline VMS, Workday, and ServiceNow to perform transactions, support employees, and internal clients Own the entire lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding contingent workforce resources Maintain data accuracy in both Beeline VMS and Workday, including routine internal and external audits of data, processes, and related contingent workforce items Document, maintain, and communicate core Contingent Workforce processes to users and partners Provide operational support to employees and internal/external partners on contingent workforce policies and processes (Workday, Beeline VMS, ServiceNow) Develop and maintain Supplier relationships, including holding Suppliers accountable for SLA’s and policy adherence Provide training and support to cross functional team members on related system and program processes Provide support on ad-hoc contingent workforce projects, as needed Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience handling direct customer/employee questions and support Comfortable working with different systems and technology Experience working with cross functional teams Able to demonstrate effective prioritizing, organizing, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills Brings curiosity, and desire to find opportunities for improvement Keen to continue learning and developing their skills with a growth mentality Fluency in English language Pay Range: The pay range for this position is up to COL$6,114,717.44 per month.
