You'll be most welcome here!**What You'll Do?**: - Promote and encourage the closing of the Restaurants exclusivities in order to offer a wider and exclusive catalogue to our users. - Identify accounts at risk of churn. - Create and follow up on a dynamic where the leadership team is closely and deeply involved with these brands (front line & details obsession). - Promote the generation of maximum value with these assets at the country level and with areas such as Growth and Ops. - Cross vertical and cross countries proactive identification of: Problems that the vertical may be having in execution of priorities for the quarter, relavant tasks of the business that are not being attended and generates Analysis of key allies and their performance. - Identification of strategic risks in the countries regarding the behavior of the competition, analysis of the competition and promoter of the creation of strategies at the country level with data and deep local understanding. - Analysis of trends and best practices of players outside of Latam. - Organization and coordination of the team in planning processes and follow up routines with C-Level and/or the countries. **Required Skills**: - Strategy - Data management and processing - Strong analytical capabilty - Teamwork - Problem solving - Pragmatic thinking - Pressure management and tolerance to frustration - Agile executing - Experience working with teams that build tech products **Background**: - At least 10+ years of work experience in consulting firm, startup or big tech company - International MBA desired - Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly-dynamic and constantly-changing environment - Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking - Strong project management experience - Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way - Advanced Excel skills - A deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow - Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese - He leído y acepto la Autorización de Datos Personales de Rappi S.A.S- - Conforme a la Política de Tratamiento de Datos Personales I have read and accept the Authorization of Personal Data from Rappi S.A.S- - In accordance with the Personal Data Treatment Policy
