Responsibilities: - Develop and implement chatbots that meet our client's needs. - Collaborate with the team. - Integrate chatbots with APIs and internal systems. - Conduct performance and quality testing of chatbots, making adjustments as necessary. - Participate in planning and project review meetings, contributing to the company's chatbot development strategy. - Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers on the team. Requirements: - Proficiency in programming languages such as C# (.Net), Node, Typescript. - Knowledge of chatbot platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or similar. - Knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of non-relational databases such as AWS DynamoDB, Azure CosmosDB. - Experience in integrating chatbots with artificial intelligence and machine learning services. - Skills in working with RESTful and SOAP APIs. - Solid understanding of agile development methodologies. - Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills. - A portfolio demonstrating relevant previous experiences will be a plus. - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS cloud. - Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning tools and technologies. - Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, frameworks like React or Angular). - Knowledge of conversational effects and dialog flow design. Language: - Advanced English is mandatory. - Spanish is desirable.
