The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Human Resources and fluency in English. You’ll support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in full-cycle HR processes. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Support training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to support business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
