Sr. Marketing Associate About Us: We are building Infrastructure for Better Food at City Storage Systems. We help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. Our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone. About the Role: We need a Marketing Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will own key growth initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally and shape our lead generation tactics. What You'll Do: - Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, content, paid media and events - Own campaign performance metrics and report on results and optimizations - Manage lead generation and nurture programs - Execute creative marketing strategies across B2B and B2C audiences - Launch full-funnel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention Who You Are: - 5–7 years of marketing experience in a high-growth or tech environment - B2B and B2C knowledge preferred - Knowledge and experience with Google and Linkedin ads - Proven success managing marketing campaigns - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize Requirements: This role is based in our Bogotá office location.
