These customizations are implemented in our self-developed SaaS e-commerce platform for B2B customers. You will be the Manager of your Developers team, consisting out of 6 Developers and 2-3 QAs. You should motivate the team members to maintain a performance-oriented culture while keeping high employee and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the Development Project Manager measures and evaluates the team KPIs and is encouraged to own and drive quality and efficiency improvements where needed. You will be managing multiple software customization projects at the same time. You will work together with our international team of E-commerce Consultants, ERP developers, and other Project Managers. We have multiple development teams in Colombia, Ukraine, and Sri Lanka, each with its own Development Project Manager. **Qualifications** - At least 2 years experience in project management (Preferably in software development cycles) - Engineering or Business Administration degree (Bachelor) - Experience in managing people - Business proficiency in Spanish and English. - Excellent team bonding skills - you get the energy of coaching and developing your team - You are organized and structured, with the ability to multi-task, handle many projects simultaneously without losing focus - Great communication skills, you like communicating with colleagues, clients, and partners from different countries and different cultures - Learning mindset **Desirable**: - Scrum or agile certifications - Previous experience in software development, ERP, or e-Commerce implementation projects. **What’s in it for you?** **Personal development. **We believe that as our company grows, our people should be able to grow with us.
