Requirements Must have: • High proficiency in Postman, JMeter, and SQL • Experience with Azure Database and Katalon Studio (plus) • Ability to work across cloud environments, especially AWS • Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization • Strong communication skills and ability to lead QA efforts • Active contributor to SDLC and STLC • Experience in architecture reviews • Focus on process improvement and best practices, especially in Load Testing • Experience in collaborative and cross-functional QA initiatives • Mentorship and continuous improvement mindset Nice to have: • Experience with ELK stack • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines • Exposure to cloud-native testing strategies Responsibilities • Lead and execute QA strategies across development and production environments • Design and implement load testing and performance testing processes • Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to ensure quality delivery • Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to process improvements Required Languages • English: Advanced (80–95%) Location • Colombia – Remoto
