As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will serve as a Trusted Advisor, dedicated to Maximizing the Value of our customers' cloud investments. Your role is crucial in guiding customers through each stage of their cloud journey—onboarding, implementation, adoption, and continuous success—by providing strategic frameworks and tools to ensure seamless progress. The CSM's core objectives include educating stakeholders, leading implementations, optimizing operations, and fostering innovation within the customer’s project teams. You will partner closely with customers to understand their unique needs, remove obstacles, and proactively drive success at every engagement touchpoint. Ultimately, your mission is to enable customers to fully leverage the power of Oracle Cloud, fostering ongoing success while continuously expanding Customer Support Services (CSS) to ensure long-term value and growth. Career Level - IC4 Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.
